Fixed the homepage’s Update your diary link to open the project named in the greeting, with the owner workspace as the fallback when no project exists. Extended first-gallery-photo previews to owner project lists, search results and public profiles through a shared galleryPreview helper. Targeted ESLint, Nuxt typecheck and diff checks passed; synced Convex to polished-greyhound-761 and verified the live @tinkr profile query returns The Table’s first gallery photo. Frontend deployment and browser verification remain.
Fixed failed gallery caption saves to reopen the editor with the submitted draft, clear the old error on retry, and ignore blur events after the editor closes. Replaced the project sharing status with a short explanation that diary entries and images follow visibility. Confirmed the previously completed search waiting, failure and pagination recovery changes remain in place. Reviewed the small local diff and passed the whitespace check; browser failure-recovery verification remains.
Added a shared footer and public privacy/terms pages with matching metadata, sitemap entries and readable content without JavaScript. Public profiles and projects now distinguish loading failures from missing content and offer retries. Owner search waits for completed results, shows query errors with retry, and preserves loaded projects on pagination failures. Lint, typecheck, the production build, six page-discovery checks and focused query/content checks pass; both new pages return HTTP 200 in the local production preview. Next: verify rendered mobile layouts and signed-in retry interactions in a browser.
Changed homepage project previews to use the first gallery photo when present, with the generated social card as the fallback. The public showcase query returns only the photo URL and caption; photos keep the existing preview frame and caption-based alt text. Updated project and design guidance. Targeted ESLint, Nuxt typecheck and diff checks pass. Next: sync Convex and verify the homepage in a browser after deployment is authorized.
Built a public Resources section with full Markdown articles and a developer-only writer at /admin/resources. Articles save as private drafts, can be previewed, and require an explicit Publish action; published articles appear in signed-out pages, metadata, the sitemap and llms.txt. Reused the existing admin allowlist and safe Markdown renderer. Local lint, typecheck, all 64 tests and the production build pass. Next: after deployment is authorized, sync Convex and the site, then verify signed-in writing and signed-out reading.
Moved the owner’s Recent interactions log from below the project list into a dialog opened beside the Projects heading, so it stays reachable as the list grows. Capped the entry list to a viewport-aware scroll area, replaced retention-limit copy with a useful description, and clarified the older-entries action. Updated the project and design guidance; targeted ESLint, Nuxt typecheck, and diff checks pass. Next: verify the dialog and scrolling in the signed-in browser.
Simplified the feedback form to one freeform note: removed category choices and intro copy, kept a single send icon, and prefilled the optional reply email for signed-in people with a clear control. New notes use the existing
otherstorage kind so historical categories remain readable. Targeted ESLint and Nuxt typecheck pass. Next: verify the signed-in email prefill and clear interaction in the browser.Added owner-only timeline attribution for agent-written updates and stage changes from reported MCP client identity or REST User-Agent, with filters for author, product, MCP, Skill and stage changes. Added an all-time agent connections total and public aggregate product-by-route distribution, with unknown products grouped as Other and no account or client IDs exposed. Added regression coverage for attribution privacy, separate route counts and MCP client identity capture. Lint, typecheck, all 61 MCP/backend tests and the production build pass.
Updated the shared Buildiary skill, MCP server instructions and /agent onboarding so connected agents log one progress entry after substantial completed project work without a separate confirmation. Agents now match by exact repository URL first, then project name, and ask when the target is ambiguous; small or incomplete work is skipped.
Refined the project sharing and profile experience: simplified visibility controls, removed secondary history actions from project details, and made project actions clearer. The profile now puts visibility first, autosaves changes with informative toasts, and offers a Disconnect agent action. The header shows when an agent is connected, and the /connect action uses singular wording.
